If you haven't experienced Congress Avenue during the Christmas season in Austin, TX... don't miss it this year. It is magical, beautiful, and great from 2 years to 92 years.

Congress Avenue has a great view of the Capitol, and of course the bats. There are a few dining choices that are attractive. The main attraction is Congress serving as the hub for other attractions.
