Pete's is a Rock & Roll Dueling Piano Bar. If singing as loud as possible in a crowd is not for you sit at the back of the room. If you can't take a joke sit at the back of the room. If you are ready to clap, sing and scream come grab a seat on the front row and put your song requests on the piano! We are open 7 nights a week and our performers will amaze you.

Phenomenal dueling piano bar with amazing musicians and a fun crowd, steered towards bachelorette parties... girl/guy ratio 10/1... worth the cover charge ! They play songs from 60s up through current tunes. Get a table on balcony overlooking the stage - best people watching on...More

The bouncers at this establishment on several different nights were extremely rude and turning people away for no reason. I will never return to this bar.

This place was very fun. So much in fact that we ended up there 3 nights in a row. The musicians are incredibly talented. Lots of seating and plenty of booze

Went here as part of our anniversary. Cover charge was $12 each. Bought four mixed drinks, three shots, and two jello shots. Altogether spent about $120. Put in a song request and instead were brought on stage for the "drunk hokey-pokey" and we were humiliated...More

Great live music with talented musicians. Not only did the musicians play piano but they were also able to change things up and keep the night interesting by multitasking on guitar and drums at other times. They played several recognizable songs which everyone can sing...More

Some drinks and dueling pianos equals lots of fun. Located on 6th home to the center of the Austin music scene Pete’s offers unscripted fun that you should not miss.

I really recommend this place, musicians who will play anything you request for a few dollars , some of them duel against each other , there is a cover charge of $10 each but it’s well worth in.

Sorry for the late answer. I believe it was first come first serve but try to call ahead and ask the bartender. They were super friendly.
