We were looking for a place to have a late Saturday lunch as several of the places we checked were full and had long waits. Harrison at the Visitor Center recommended Annies Cafe. He was spot on as the food and service were great. Recommend you stop by when in Austin to learn of tours, restaurants, etc. Very helpful staff.

We went there to book a tour of Austin and the people were very helpful. There was a lot of information there on Austin and the tour was excellent. The gift shop was nice and well stocked. Clean restrooms.

Very disappointing! Center seem more interested in selling souvenirs etc, than giving information & telling us about attractions of Austin. This Center can learn a lot from Fredericksburg's Visitor Center - they don't sell stuff, the charming lady is so friendly, informative & so helpful! Room for improvement.

We love visitor's centers! Not only is it a place to find answers to questions, they sell tickets for the double decker and other tour plus lots of info to pick up and take with you. I enjoyed the gift shop, the prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly. Parking is around the corner in a pay lot.

We went here on our first day in Austin and they were closed because they were doing inventory, we were a little disappointed and wasn't sure we had time to stop by there again. We were able to find some time to stop by again. It's a small shop and had some nice things, but a little pricey.

We came here to pick up one of our tours. The people working there are super friendly and knowledgeable. The gifts they have for purchase are unique and very nice. Clean bathroom facilities, close to all downtown hotels.
