The Aborigine exhibition is worth the visit. The staff members are extremely helpful. The facilities are well-kept. The contemporary art is also worth seeing.

We visited on a Sunday PM when there was "music" being played and sung. The sounds were those one hears when the choir is warming up or the musician is toying with his/her instrument. No recognizable melodies for sure. Doing their best to keep Austin...More

Strongly recommend going to the Blanton. The Teresita Fernandez "Stacked Waters" alone is worth the visit, but the Ellsworth Kelly design concept and building "Austin" is also crucial to see

Excellent museum with an an impressive collection of modern art. Well worth the visit. Not many masters. 16th and 17th century collection was just fair. The chapel next to the museum is quite special. A must visit.
