Incredible collection of military aircraft and artifacts. The museum is home to a great number of aircraft engines and components from early aircraft, along with operational WWI and WWII airplanes. Great gift shop with videos and publications, and several events are scheduled each year.

The display is small but all exhibits are explained in detail. A few are outside, problematic in the below freezing weather we had, but the majority are inside (unheated) hangars and more or less protected from the weather. The art display is also interesting, with many paintings signed by the subject pilots. Overall I'd say the visit is definitely worth... More

This is the second time our reunion visited this museum. Always a great place to visit especially with our veterans group - very clean, informative and great planes to visit and walk around.

Good variety of historic aircraft. Seeing the museum's World War II P-51 Mustang fighter power up was especially thrilling. You can schedule rides in several of the aircraft and we saw several taxi off to the runway.

Take the time to look this facility up online. As well as restored aircraft from America's aviation timeline there are many pictures and informative postings. There is also the opportunity to purchase some actual dual flight time on several historical machines. Aviators and enthusiasts must make this a destination.

It is a well set up small museum with a lot of good exhibits and some really nice planes, some of them you can even go up in! E.g. a F4U Corsair and a P-51 Mustang. After entering the museum you will be greeted by the super friendly staff and then can meander through a very nicely done collection of... More

This is not a collection of static aircraft. The museum has about 50 aircraft ranging from WW I fighters and observation aircraft to Vietnam era veterans. Of the 50 ships, about 18 of them are airworthy. There are quite a few that in which, one can experience the thrill of flying in a real warbird. Some of these are a... More

The vintage planes look like they are brand new, totally incredible. The Mustangs are a must see. It will surprise you when you get there. It's a beautiful showroom with incredible planes. I recommend it for anyone who is a vintage plane buff. Also, I recommend it for children. To see where we began with these vintage planes to the... More

As someone who has been to the area several times, I had never visited the place until recently for a company event. I was surprised by the amount of aircraft at the museum and is definitely worth a trip if you're in the area or like looking at old aircraft. There really is a wide range.
