This downtown has so much to explore, from museums to some incredibly unique, independently-owned businesses. There are well over a dozen fabulous restaurants to eat at too. And the new Carousel and Museum are open.

If you can't find something you want in downtown Albany, you're very hard to please! Food, Drink, Carousel, River, Live Music, Antiques, Parks... the list could go on and on!

Once the downtown street project is complete this will be a great place to shop and dine. The new Carousel building is awesome. Novaks is a great Hungarian Restaurant, and the Pix is a wonderful little theater.

Albany downtown is really on an upswing. Walking around and looking at some of the 19th century architecture is fun then you can go to one of the many eating/drinking places.
