I stopped visiting meseums after my first trip to Europe, they're not for me, that said, I have enjoyed this one. It is relatively small which makes it manageable and it goes through a lot of history. The cafe and outside area are very pleasant.

One of the best archeology museums od the world. You may have the chance of observing the archeologişcal findings from different civilizations hosted in Anatolia that is a passage between two continents: Europe and Asia. All findings are classified and explained in very informative manner.

You need several hours to appreciate the vast and attractively organized displays spanning an awesome breadth of cultures and millennia. If you're lucky you get there early or just in between the nasty, noisy busload of you know who.
