This place used to hold the best concerts, the grandest events. It is now almost dilapidated but the memories of its grand past still remain.

Concerts and shows are frequently held here. A grand looking building crying out desperately for heavy renovation and thorough clean out. Smelly areas from being closed up and not ventilated properly.

This place used to be the pride of our nation. The center of our arts and culture. It is now rundown and in need of renovation. I hope the government realizes the importance of the role of arts and culture in any society.

The government spent alot of money to build this structure, and renovation, upgrade, or fresh paint here and there will surely keep tourists coming.

The place isnt an architectural wonder, could be ok to visit if you already seen all the other attraction in the area, or to see a show. Generally speaking isn't also super well preserved, I presume this giant concrete box has seen better times.
