Must visit church for travelers in Manila. Its crowded most of the times in the evening, foreigners be careful with your bags, cameras, wallets etc...lots of kids around the area who can snatch your valuables and run. apart from that, if you are with a localite, it is advisable. Basically, Quiapo is slightly dangerous even for locals after 7pm.
