The Mission Lodge is a very easy access lookout suitable for anyone with a rental car. Nice slice of history & fabulous views

The view of the west coast of Mahé is fantastic. The wooded area has some endemic plants to take a look at and has a history about which a board has been put up.

There is some history here on plaques but the only reason to stop here would be for the great views.

This is worth visiting for half an hour mainly for the lovely view. There is very little remaining of the original mission but there are boards which tell the story of what it was in the past.
