Visited here on 27th Jan,2019. Saw a black Mercedes car driven out through the briefly opened gates & security closing the gates.This is exactly opposite the local mosque. Nothing majestic about this palace(if it can even be called one)

The view is very nice from outside of this presidential palace. You are allowed to take picture of this. You are not allowed to take any pictures of military buildings as tour guide advised us about this.

Entry to the palace is not allowed as it is official residence of the President. It has a colorful garden with well maintained lawns. Photographs can be clicked from outside.

The Presidential Palace is government property and cannot be photographed. The Palace holds State functions and and accommodate visiting Heads of State.

A majestic structure ,for tourist who can appreciate it from outside only. Can also be seen when arriving to Male ,the capital of Maldives by the Dhioni from the Airport. Visited before 2009
