Nice fountain in the middle of Merkada Square across from the Sultan Ahmed Building, intricate carving from a day gone past, typical British pageantry!

You probably will go to Independence Square during your visit to Kuala Lumpur in which case you may as well pass by this fountain which is an interesting example from its era. But it is not a must see and I wouldn't suggest you make...More

The fountain is not functionning during my visit. It looks a few workers are doing some repairing/ maintenance works

As of July 2017, the map shows the fountain to be outside Merdeka Square, which is not true. Other than that, it's nice.

This is a small and not really that inspiring fountain located at Merdeka Square. There's not really much to it and it's definitely not worth going out of your way to visit. Merdeka Square proper is the main reason for coming here plus the views...More

Queen Victoria Fountain is over 100 years old and was brought over from England.Some attractive tile-work but otherwise unremarkable.
