This review is quite late. The Queen Victoria Fountain is located in Merdeka Drive which is busy thoroughfare in KL City. It is definitely difficult to miss.

Its located in Datran Merdaka square ground , the fountain is simply superb with intricate art and sculptor work and design. The Green garden and flower plants around well maintained the place itself is of historical importance and significance and lots Historic monuments , museums , Buildings , masjid located around, KL City Gallery.

This fountain was located in Dataran Merdeka and built in 1904. It features some lovely Art Nouveau tile work.

No doubt that the fountain itself is pretty enough. But not sure if its worth having this on the tripadvisor's list. Just give it a shot if you're close to Merdeka Square or Royal Selangor Club.

I always stop by the QV fountain when I find myself in the area, as it's a pretty, interesting little piece. Heavily-detailed, there's quite a bit that the architecture, design or history buff might find interesting and worth a visit. (There seems to be a QV fountain or monument in pretty much all major cities of the Commonwealth countries, doesn't... More

There is a little confusion in the reviews I was reading here. There are two Queen Victoria Fountains, one in Merdeka Square (not the KLCC fountain) and another in Malacca. The one in Merdeka square is near the big flag and smaller than the one in Malacca. Probably you are going to visit this iconic square and see the fountain.... More

You can get here either by the Hop and go Bus or using the LRT and disembark at Masjid Jamik. Walk in the direction of the Independence sqauare and it is right at the corner of the Textile Muszium. The Victoria Fountain was constructed using parts that were all imported from england. It was originally near pasar Seni but was... More

Situated on Merdeka Square next to the big flag pole stands this fountain. Imported from England and assembled here in 1897, it was a tribute to the Queen. Beautiful iconic dragons and lions adorn the fountain. Worth a stop whist discovering KL.

The Queen Victoria fountain can be found at Merdeka Square not at KLCC as shown in some of the photographs. It's over a 100 years old and apparently was brought from England and assembled in Kuala Lumpur. Look at it closely to see some interesting Art Nouveau tiles. It can be found at the City Gallery end of Merdeka Square... More
