Was good to visit but only very small, only 1 main street to visit with a smaller one of to the side. Only spent an hour there and was able to see all and decided to not stay for lunch although was recommended to eat there but because finished looking around a lot earlier than expected we didn't wait around... Cheap, good indian food, groceries, artwork, costumes, utensils, prayer items, etc. etc. Nice Indian craft work on the arches and pillars, can feel India (particularly south) without having to go there physically.

Brickyards or Little India is one of those places where people say "you must go there" and once your there, it's like "meh". The shops are plenty. Food, clothing, flowers and fresh vegetables are all around. I wanted to buy a sari/saree but every shop we went into we were constantly followed by men (security??) and also felt judged by... More

The flavours are immense. Might leave you with a trip to the bathroom if you have a sensitive tummy but my god it's worth it (in my opinion) Make sure your food is warm to avoid harmful bacteria, and if it's not ask them to use the microwave, always a useful tip when travelling.

Little India comprises of just two roads. However these two roads are packed with little garland shops, saree shops, jewellery shops and curry restuarants. There's so much colour everywhere and things are quite cheap too. It's well worth a visit if you want to get a feel of lndia, and you only need an hour or two to see everything.

I was disappointed with this place as I expected a bit more stores and restaurants. The stores need to be opened on time as tourists have a limited time to do things. There must also be stores that sell accessories for sari's and Indian outfits not mixed with groceries stores. I found one store in Little India that sold bangles... More

These few streets are crammed with Indian restaurants and shops. But there are Indian restaurants and shops all over KL!

I am staying in KL for more than 4 years now. The day we came here, we went to see little India and we liked the place a lot. We felt to be in southern India but much more clean and systematic. Now when we see the place, we do not feel like the old days. Place is overly crowded... More

No road rules and horrible place with double parking and loads of unruly people walking about. police ignores the road hazards and people just make their own rules here. Give this place a miss. nothing fantastic in this area.
