Me, hub and 2 kids walked around this area for almost 3 days. Many shops to choose from and we managed to get most of the things we wanted. Not very kids friendly as it was crowded most of the time, but we stopped by a lot of cafes to rest our legs and have dessert every now and then.... More

Another must-visit when in Osaka. Go there a least once in the evening for dinner. I bet you will stay and hang out to shop or play games somewhere afterwards.

If you come during the day somehow it does not quite reflect the heartbeat of Namba. It is at night that the place truly comes alive! Plenty of stores and eateries to try and explore. And it is quite amazing the different languages you get to hear just walking around. Almost a Untied Nation on the streets. Do be careful... More

It's a good place to visit to get a taste of Osaka. There's a lot of shopping and restaurants to visit during the day and many bars to go to at night. It gets quite crowded so it would be best to avoid it in holidays and weekends.

The Namba area is the beating heart of Osaka. Day and night it is packed with visitors....but it's never so busy that it's not enjoyable. It helps to wander away from the main areas and check out the side streets....you never know what you'll find!!

The Minami Namba is the area connecting between Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori street area, many activities here as there are market, store, mall, cafe, restaurant and etc. all available here. Good for relaxation, waking, culinary, hanging-out and of course the great one for shopping world wide brand here with tax-free...!!! Very recommended and must visit.

Namba is the center district of Osaka. As it includes Dotonbori, the famous landmark and the "always busy" shopping and eating district of Osaka, it is crowded all the time. However it is also quite interesting to drop yourself in the middle of the crowd to experience fast and colourful entertainment culture of Japan. Try at least few restaurants in... More

the streets weren't overflowing with tourists. Lots of very cute shops to spend some money (go to LOSER...awesome small shop with great clothes and some genuine vibes) and probably some of the best food and people watching.

A good place to eat, shop and relax! There's a very nice coffee shop Starbucks combined with bookstore inside, 5th floor if not wrong. Tons of snack store, restaurant, hotels, mall, and even some Japanese gambling store are here! For food, strongly recommend Yichiran ramen! A must visit!
