A great aquarium, beat out my expectations. 2000 yen is a little expensive for an aquarium in US terms, but being that Monterey Bay was also 20 dollars USD i thought it would be okay. We took the subway there (non-JR line) and saw a...More

I love Aquariums, i always have. I think they are hugely important for education and conservation purposes and provide an incredibly informative experience when done right. What i absolutely hate is when they get it wrong. Putting animals in tanks way too small, with no...More

Beautiful Aquarium - You can spend Hours here. There's so many types of fish from all over the world, sharks, sting rays, seals, sea lions. There's exhibits you can even touch at the exit - Shark and Sting Ray. I think it's a great aquarium...More

An above average aquarium with a great layout. When you walk in, the smell of a tuna can hits you hard, but quickly dissipates. Building has a great layout with plenty of break spots, cafe in the middle (with basic lunch) with a viewpoint to...More

Lots to see, things are nicely organized to different regions for where you'd find the different fish species. The shark tank was large and you can view the tank at different levels. The jelly fish was neat to see as well! Do recommend checking out!

You take an escalator to the top where you work your way walking down as if your going deeper underwater. At least that's the feeling I got. This aquarium is well-organized by places around the world and you'll see plenty of interesting species. It's fairly...More

We enjoyed our visit to the Aquarium. If you've been to the SEA Aquarium in Singapore, then the massive aquarium there is much better and I think the SEA has a greater variety of creatures on display. However, I enjoyed seeing the seals and sea...More

Quite crowded but overall very good exhibits with plenty of animals that seem well kept. Expect to take more than a couple of hours to see throughly.

This is a must see attraction if you are in Osaka. The main tank has two whale sharks which you get closer too than you would in the wild.

Check if your hotel sells the tickets. we stayed at universal port and they sold the tickets and ferry tickets also. Very easy and not crowded day we went. Never saw any lines to get it. Well organised. Enjoy.
