This is seriously the best aquarium I've ever been to. Fantastic story line, great exhibits in an outstanding location. You can skip on all other aquariums - at least in Asia.

Definatly worth a visit if you are staying in Osaka or Kyoto and is a very educational experience. They also had Christmas lights during the holiday/winter months. We were only disappointed by the seeming lack of space for the dolphins!

Check if your hotel sells the tickets. we stayed at universal port and they sold the tickets and ferry tickets also. Very easy and not crowded day we went. Never saw any lines to get it. Well organised. Enjoy.
