This science center is about 30 mins subway from Odori Staton. Drop at Shin Sapporo Station and it is situated just right beside /outside . The opening hours should be around 930 am. Tickets are sold on the spot ground floor. With options for set of ticket of (1) exhibition room+ planetarium or (2) exhibition room only. Secondary School students... More

This science center is awesome as there are so many exhibits and interactive displays. We spent hours here without realising it. We brought our 10 yr old along and he enjoyed it too. This place would have gotten 5 stars if there were English to accompany the displays. Everything was in Japanese and we could only guess what the displays... More

This place was totally amazing! I went there for how many times. If your kid loves discoveries, then this place should be in your bucket list! You will have fun and you can also learn something! They have a lot of sections that can be easily learned by the kids because it doesn't bored you, instead it makes you more... More

If you are ever visiting Sapporo with kids, take your time to go to this place. It's not only interesting, it's almost overwhelming with lots of little experiments, displays, demonstrations, things to learn, feel, listen to, observe, try... They have different sections: biology, DNA, video laboratory, light, sound, mirrors, vibrations, music, snow, planets, human body, robots, cars and trains... lots... More
