Initially, we were at the level 3 (free for all). There's nothing much to see though. Then, we decided to see more. We paid about 700 yen per person. We were led to take a lift ride. Wow, we were taken aback delightfully: on the way up to the TOP, we were able to see the building structure via the... More

I would give this 3.5 as a place to go. It gave great views of the city, and especially with the snow festival going on, you can get a bird's eye view of the whole strip. I wouldn't necessarily call this a tourist trap, but if you don't have a chance to go here, it's not a big deal. Maybe... More

Nice views, but a bit pricey for the time you're likely to spend there. Still worth a look though. Good for kids.

It was snowing and cold so we just took a picture of it from the entrance of the subway. Because there is nothing happening there during November. Is a trademark you can skip if you are there during November.

This is a good place to see the entire city, but the place might not be high enough and there is a fee of 720 yen per adult. It would have been good if the rates are a bit lower since there is really not much in there. We went there in the afternoon, so maybe the view is much... More

Must pay to visit the top. Suggest to take a selfie outdoor and proceed to other nearby attractions. Many times it is use as a recognition for tourist to identify nearby attractions such as nijo market, odori park and shopping districts

The views from the Sapporo TV Tower were worthwhile for us and our 2 children. Prices were not too bad including student discounts for the kids. The viewing platform is completely enclosed but easy to take pictures through. It also helped us get oriented to the other major sites throughout the city. Views are 360 degrees. Enjoy!

Extremely pretty in the evening when the lights are up. Very photogenic especially surrounded with snow. Worth a quick stop for some photos.

Saw from Odori park I'm sure it's a lot more impressive at night but nothing special in the morning so would not recommend coming in the morning
