Great show

A dinner show where the dinner was pretty poor but the show was great. Well worth a visit. Nice staff.

Previous reviews proved to be worthwhile. The show was outstanding, the dancers, acrobats, musicians, singers the costumes were great. The scenery was beautiful. The explanations and commentary were excellent. If you are into dumplings, spend for the dinner option, if not, just enjoy the show only option. This was a very good experience for us.

The start with the dumplings was amazing. They were all very good and the artistry and work that goes into them was beautiful. Then the show was great. The costumes and music were wonderful. Would recommend to all who go to Xi'an, China

After a half day tour of the Terracotta Warrior's Museum in Xi'an, a spectacular Tang Dynasty Song and Dance Show was performed at the Shaanxi Grand Opera House. A dumpling banquet dinner was served before the show which was atrociously terrible and unappetizing. An excellent rating should be deserved by the Tang Dynasty Song and Dance show which was really... More

Colourfull, Choreography is good. There are 11 chapters. The continuation is monotonous, boaring. Seating arrangement is not good. People, who attended such type of show in Shanghai or Hangzhou will not enjoy the show very much. Otherwise, you can enjoy it.

If you book the show + dumpling dinner, you get 26 different dumplings (served for the whole table) first. With such a variety, some dumplings you'll like more than others, but there are only a few dumplings of each kind, so you won't get the possibility to eat many of the kind you like. The show is very colourful, though... More

The dinner and show barely costs 50us$. The supper includes a glass of sweet rice wine and one more drink. A number of famous Xi'an dumplings are served. They are shaped to look like fish, pork, and whatever they are filled with. Interesting touch. If you have trouble identifying them, a picture listing is on the table. The food is... More

We were booked into here with our Sinorama tour group, and they were able to accommodate all of us and more for a many course dumpling dinner and show (we were also quite late, but they handled it!). Dumplings were fun, some interesting shapes and very tasty, and the show was cute and entertaining (much better than the opera). Not... More
