Definitely go to see this monastery. It is definitely worth the visit. Watch carefully how worshippers approach the holy icons. Remember no photos.

This is one of the last monuments of the Sibre Baroque and a major spiritual center of Irkutsk. The operating convent. I highly recommend visiting this place.

This is another example of a beautiful monastery with a beautiful highly decorated interior.Heads need to be covered and there are scarves inside to borrow

The monastery was like any other old Russian church but was interesting to see. It had a lot of nice paintings and interesting icons. Nice stop over to see a real monastery.
