Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As part of an organized tour for schoolchildren, we went on an excursion to the Panzerlax Bastion. Even the most rowdy hooligans listened with pleasure to the lively and witty story of the guide. And then we visited the dungeon, walked through an underground passage, saw a real dungeon and many interesting exhibits.

From the outside, the exhibition center was much more impressive with its architectural component than the exhibitions and staff that filled it. The tour inside is divided into two parts: the main building of the exhibition center and the premises of the Panzerlax bastion. An archaeological exhibition is located in the premises of the bastion. In order to visit it, you need to go through the steep granite stairs twice, since there is no ticket office there. The bastion casemate is equipped with an extremely inconvenient steep “Goose Step” staircase, which should not be equipped in public spaces (going down it is dangerous and unhygienic). The bastion staff has ambitions, but is not competent in the classification of fortresses. The exhibition in the main building is not bad, but nothing more. The most important thing for Vyborg is an excellent working toilet in this museum. In general, the ticket price is overpriced.

It was my second time at the museum. The exhibitions are quite interesting but relatively small. Service was very friendly.

Exhibition Center Hermitage is a museum located in the center of Vyborg, an historical Finnish city located now in Russian Federation, close to the border with Finland. It is a museum related with the big Hermitage in St. Petersburg, but it is smaller. In fact, we visited all in about 1h. Interesting, of you walk around this city.
