Reached it via the Begovaya metro station and then walked past the Atlantic City shopping mall. The center of the park is decorated with a beautiful fountain, of course our visit in late December is wintertime so they were drying and cleaning it for protection. We are used to beaches having waves that you can surf and tiny sand, this one is mostly granite gravel and no waves, almost still water. The walk on the beach was quite pleasurable and we ran into several pieces of ice. The birds were entertaining to watch. Quite a way to un-stress yourself the day after a hermitage museum marathon visit (six hours).

I’m very often here. Unbelievably beautiful views, the park and the beach. A romantic place for walking on the boardwalk. It’s definitely worth a visit, it’s unrealistically beautiful and new!
