The Kremlin's redbrick walls and 18 towers were built at the end of the 15th century by the Italian craftsmen Pietro Antonio Solari and Antonio Fryazin. The famous Spasskaya (Saviour) Tower is the main and official entrance to the Kremlin and its symbol.

The Kremlin features a handful of attractive historical towers which are enjoyable to view during visits to the Kremlin. However, the Saviour's Tower is the one we found to be most beautiful and memorable. The Saviour's Tower is a red brick structure measuring around 70...More

It is worth to walk about the wall. It wont be too long so you wont feel tired afterward. The wall is grand and look stunning. You should go when you visit moscow, esp it is closed to most other famous spots.

The Kremlin denotes lots of past history, and still so important today in Russian history! I am so glad this excursion was included in our Viking River Cruise! Don't miss!

We visited as part of a tour and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend it. The kremlin was a big surprise with beautiful buildings and a great tour around the armoury.

As Kremlin means fortified area the walls play a big role in the attraction. They are red, imposing and interspersed with towers which are entry and exit points.

A fascinating place to explore and wander around. Although much of the square was blocked off by preparations for a big event this was still an amazing place to see.

After reading and hearing so much about the Kremlin, it was worth visiting the grounds as it's impressively large. However, one can only visit the grounds, churches within the compound and the Armoury. The Red Square was completely covered up by a stage; therefore, no...More

The Kremlin Walls stand out with their fire-red brick walls and tall watch towers that punctuate these walls along their sides and corners. The walls still do what they were meant to do – keep out the hordes –no entry unless a ticket is bought....More

There is no charge to enter Red Square or the Kremlin. At night Red Square is all lite up, looks beautiful. I do not know that access to the Kremlin is available in the evening.
