Kazan Cathedral is a lovely church situated at the other end of Red Square. Worth a visit and you can go inside.

This is a small church, located at the edge of Red square. While the church is actually reconstructed and recent, it's still worth a 2-minute visit.

Kazam Cathedral is a pretty relatively recent re-creation of the original which stood on this sight. The interior is as charming as the exterior.

We loved the Kazan cathedral. A beautiful small church with great atmosphere. Best when the bells are ringing. Don't miss it when in Moscow

We haven't been inside of it, but we were amazed about the Architectural Beauty of it outside. It is very colorful, has wonderful details and, although it is less diverse, it can compete with the St. Basil Cathedral.

Visiting the Red Square you may tend to overlook the Kazan Cathedral, an actual hidden gem, modest in all its glory and in full service. I wish I could follow the Palm Sunday ceremony one day. A beautiful interior .

A really stunning cathedral just beside the entrance to Red Square. It makes for a beautiful photo opportunity and is right beside the History Museum, the Zero Kilometer stone and GUM behind it. It has a stunning golden onion dome and gorgeous pastel coloured exterior...More
