Come just to marvel at the sheer volume of this stanlist abomination. The general public is not allowed in, but staggering around outside a building this massive is trippy enough, and a good place to start a walk through the Sparrow hills.

One of the Seven Sisters and by far the biggest. Worth to be seen at least from outside. Monumental bulding from the times when russian architects aspired to New York style of bulding. Bueautiful in a way and definitely the symbol of Moscow, soviet Russia and old Times. To me very pretty.

The Seven Sisters are a group of seven skyscrapers in Moscow designed in the Stalinist style. MGU is the first to build. A good place for photography especially during autumn and summer. If lucky, sometimes will have fireworks display.

Worth visiting just to see one of the seven sisters - a very imposing architectural example of the Soviet era.

A good place for photography. Don't miss the panorama side opposite to the university, from there you can view the Moscow city.

There are seven such buildings in Moscow constructed by Stalin to show the might of Russia during his reign. The Moscow state university is close to sparrow hills, a very popular tourist place in Moscow. Best visited in late evenings when the crowd is excellent and it is bubbling with activities.
