The Sparrow Hills is one of the highest point in Moscow. It means that you can get good panoramic shots of Moscow from here. Be careful for scams, as this place is quite touristy and I've seen some people with costume trying hard to persuade you to take photos with them. Just say 'nyet' or 'spasiba' :)

Sparrow Hills is a distance from the center of town--where you can get a different perspective of the City. I am not sure that it is worth the time unless you are in the area anyway

Takes a little drive up and out of the city to get here. The route passes through upscale residences. Great views of the city from the top only on a clear day. Not recommended to spend time to visit it particularly.

It was one of the stops on our tour bus round Moscow. You could pick out some of the sights in Moscow below and one of the university buildings is quite photogenic behind. Worth getting out of the bus for but I don't think you'd be able to get there under your own steam.

Being in Moscow is always a unique experience. So when one wants to have an idea about the city and its architecture I definitely suggest visiting this place, however make sure you choose a sunny day, otherwise you won't see anything worthy your time. In the summertime there are lots and lots of bikers in the evenings.

I've been before. It's a great place for a walk (or run or cycle) away from Moscows traffic. It's only a few stops on the metro. Along the riverbank. You get great views of Moscow and Moscow city. We watched the May 9th fireworks- I've never seen anything like it. The queue back on to the metro was a bit... More

We visited the Sparrow Hills at night to get a panoramic vista of the Moscow lights. Because of the time that we visited (after 10pm), it was in complete darkness and virtually deserted apart from our coach. As a result, while there was nothing to do at the actual site (apart from marvelling at the Seven Sisters Building that is... More

A very beautiful place to visit, and an amazing view to all Moscow including the skyscrapers and the new football stadium and other enormous buildings, there are many mini-shops in the area, and a great location near Moscow university!

Thank nuclearbombful .
