Peaceful park

A peaceful park which is nice for a walk. I would recommend a visit when the weather is not too cold.

This is a dream place to visit. you can get up close and personal to all the items on display. There is so much to see. Don't stop until to reach the far end of the park as the "lake" is hard to see from behind the trees

A free park easily accessible on the metro. Many memorials to see in a large space. Wear comfortable shoes and check this place out. At Park Peabody Metro and next to Triumph Arch, I went here to spend some time outside before heading back to hotel. Great spot to reflect.

Just a quick recommendation to visit Central Museum of the 2nd World War. We booked a tour with a guide to explain about the dioramas - amazing experience! It took about 2 hours, the guide was excellent, friendly, sensitive to our interests (I visited with my teenage grandson). The park is grandiose, we enjoyed the ice statues of Moscow sights.

This is a nice park with a number of memorials on site. Good for taking a stroll while getting a better understanding of the history of this country.

The Victory Park is on of the most important public parks in Moscow City. It is easy to get there from Park Povedy Metro Station. In the centre of the park there is a huge monument of St George slaying the Dragon and the Great Patriotic War Museum, which is also very interesting and deserves its own review. You can... More
