At least once in your life you have to visit the beautiful monasteries of Bucovina. They are all beautiful and, at the same time, each is special in its own way. The road to the monastery is good. Do not miss Daniil's Sihastru cell too.

The car park at the bottom of the hill is pay and display and there are toilets and somewhere to get food. There is a pretty walk up to the monastery past little stalls selling hand crafted local goods from honey droppers to embroidered blouses....More

The monastery is famous for its religious paintings both on its outer walls and inside the monastery. It is famous for the colour BLUE celebrated as the VORONET BLUE, a colour the secret of which is still unknown.
