Other reviews got my hopes up, but we were surprised to see it closed down while it undergoes renovations. You can however visit the basement which houses a rather modest vivarium (mostly reptiles, a few fish). On a cold day, it was nice to find warmth inside, but had I known what was waiting for me in terms of exhibits,... More

I went there several times and each and every time I look around amazed. So many beautiful creatures and unfortunately kept in an old building on old furniture. Tickets are too cheap :(

An interesting museum with exhibits from around the world. The museum exhibits are meeting ground water well. A visit to this museum thoroughly require about two hours.

Is a nice place to visit, especially if you want to see lots of bugs and animals. Very interesting for children but for adults too. Starting from the tiniest creature to the biggest one, you will sure see something there that will make you say wow. See some samples on my blog http://greenzonelife.wordpress.com/2013/10/28/muzeul-zoologic/

This is a very very cheap attraction. Nothing to impressive to see over there, is just a regular zoology museum but if you have never seen this kind of museum before you will find it interesting for sure. You pay less than 1 euro entrance fee, and even cheaper if you are student.
