This park and lagoon is lovely , noncrowded ,even on sunday . Most locals spend their times in nearby shoppingmall. Including robinson place bacolod, chinatown shopping mall, etc. The park is quite serene amd breezy with wind.it's very clean. Good place for rest.

A nice little park where the kilometer marker reads "0". This is where distances are referenced all over the province of Negros Occidental. Being here means that you are right smack in the center. Early morning is a great time to do your physical fitness...More

This is a big water basin located right in front of the Negros Occidental Provincial Capital Building. I usually go to this place for early morning jogging. At night it is well lit and really looks impressive. Aside from this, there's really nothing spectacular about...More

The Capitol Park & Lagoon is a huge park. If you want to relax and take a stroll, this the place to be. I saw a group of students who were practicing for a dance. I particularly liked the man-made lagoon – cool breeze and...More

This is one ride away from San Sebastian Church. Commuting could be a little tricky for travellers who are coming from downtown. We rode a jeepney bound to Mandalagan and alighted at Lagoon (that’s what locals call it, P7 fare) Like any other typical parks,...More

Best time to take a walk early in the morning and stroll at night with friends. It has been a popular place for locals for weekend family picnics with large artificial lagoon filled up with tilapia which anybody can feed the fish.

The park was well-maintained. It's good for laisurely walks. The night lights for the 'B A C O L O D' sign could be improved, though. When we went there at night, the lights were inadequate to capture a souvenir picture.

Pristine in appearance this park faces the Negros Provincial Capitol building. It has a man made lagoon in the centre with a carabao statue each end - one with a girl and the other with a boy. I'm sure there is some storey here, but...More
