I had broken the charger or my i-pad, so hopped on a bicycle lent to my by my hotel and headed off under directions to find Gaisano Grand Mall. I am always here 1 day ahead when I am arriving or departing from Mactan Airport. Has the ever present Jolibee for simple yet sufficiently nice deals & snacks & I always buy my prepaid card or top up in this mall. This is also where I go whenever i'm somehow short of some nice singlets, t-shirts or bermudas.. I... More

Don't expect frills as this is a mall for locals. Good for supermarket and fast food (Jollibee) and Mexican Western food at Mooon cafe. If you're bored of resort food, can escape here.

Let me tell you the bad first ~ The White Gold Super Store in Cebu City in the 1970s by Doña Modesta Gaisano, which is considered as the predecessor of the Gaisano Malls. After the death of Gaisano matriarch in 1981, the business was divided among her sons David, Stephen, Henry, Victor, and John, leading to the establishment of five... More

It's basically for local people, I think. Big supermarket at the ground floor was interesting and Jolly bee is in this mall. I paid 100p from this mall to my hotel,White sands spa & resort for trycicle, as a taxi driver said 200P to go there...

Smaller low end mall. no name brand stores if that is what you are looking for. Grocery store, department store and many service based store. Good food choices with Greenwich, Mang Inasal and Jolibee. Foreigners please note: they are guys waiting outside to 'help' you get a cab or ride to your next stop. They DO NOT work there. They...
