This area is central to Robinsons, some big hospitals, the China Embassy, banks, hotel, restos, and not far away Mango Sq... If u based near here you could be walking distance to most things u need...

Osmena circle is well known everyone in Cebu. It´s basically just a small park covered by a very busy mainroad. Not worth it to watch

Various events happen in this place especially on Sinulog (happens in January) and on Christmas. This is one of the places visited (technically passed by the delagates for an attraction) during the 2007 ASEAN Summit.
