Stop if you are in the area for the Basilica, Yap old house, or old Spanish house. Reflects somewhat history of the city during different time periods.

Worth a quick stop as it is right next door to the Yap House and the San Juan Bautista Chapel (closed). Take a walk around the monument and deiscover the it's many details.

Cebu Heritage Monument is interesting a bit strange monument group. It depicts discovery and foundation of Cebu by Spanish discoverers and colonists.

As monuments go this is pretty nice and quite complex. Not situated in a park like most monuments, it just sits at the intersection of several streets about 50 metres from Yap Sandiego House.

It is near the San Diego Yap old house and located along the main road. One need to stay in the sidewalk to take pictures. Parking is a challenge. It is big and well maintained.

Impressive Monument at a corner of the street. Surprisingly not many tourists there. Worth going to see the well sculpted statues.

This isn't your usual monument where cement is used to built such intricate, very detailed structure. When we came face to face with the monument, I really appreciated how they made it look like real and it was too big.

actually, you can go there anytime, because it's in the center of the park, and you can see it directly, as soon as you get there
