Unlike other municipal hall, this place is quite chaotic outside. Too much cars passing through the rotonda and parked in the streets.

the city hall has most of the services that one will need under one roof. upon entry, the guard will direct you to wherever you need to go. the only setback is that there are only 2 elevators that cater to all the visitors and employees. hence, it is very busy and almost always packed.

Big new modern complex catering for many local legislative requirements. Easy to get to and plenty of helpful people there to assist

Always fast and efficient service. Everytime we get NBI or Police Clearance it only takes less than an hour.

Talk about public service. Before you go here , dont forget to bring your boat. For the rich haves, your yacht. Because you would be doing some sailing before you enter city hall. The Inside of City hall is very dirty and lacks maintenance. I hope the Mayor would actually go to his office and do something about this

Went here to file paper work and the first thing that you see is a big swimming pool! Unfinished road work caused the streets near this place to be flooded, hence, a dirty SWIMMING POOL! I would stay away from this place until the finish fixing this, the stench can ruin your day.

I am from Manadaluyong and everytime i pass by the city hall, all i can see are politician's faces. From the mayor, mayor's wife (not sure why her face is there), mayor's daughter?, councilors, mayors from other cities. It's all politics driven. If there is light rain - expect that the city hall will be flooded. If you want to... More
