Very beautiful palace

This palace is in Plaza des Armas and the entry is free. There are a lot of things to see and every room is very decorated and present also some historic objects.

This palace is in Plaza des Armas and the entry is free. There are a lot of things to see and every room is very decorated and present also some historic objects.

Not worth the touble! it is open only from 0800 till 1000 . They rush you through and you feel not welcomed.

had drinks and tapas here.Very classy and somewhat expensive but good. Had conchas and langostinos. got a tour of the locale but needed to be with a member. Excelent pisco sour and algarrobina.

The grandeur here is amazing. The old furniture, photos etc are tops. A lot of security here as they watch you like a hawk. I got there dead on opening at 10am and had the place to myself.....along with the guards LOL

A colonial mansion close to plaza des armas with some period furniture and a small garden that can be visited for a small fee.

The food is great and it has a wonderful atmosphere. It is an impressive building and a delightful place.

PROs: + place is still in use (for a private club) + perfectly maintained CONs: - no guided tours - entry only between 8am and 10am on weekdays We visited this place as well as the casa Urquiaga and the casa de Emanzipación and I would recommend to visit the casa Urquiaga as well as this place to get a... More
