When home affords the luxury of the best beaches in the world, I was gladdened to see that the beach here is clean and lots of people were out enjoying the water. Great for kite surfing ( no surf to speak of though )

Clean lovely beach, just found it a little too irritating with the wind. This is a very windy place!!! Got a lot of sand in my face!

It is rough finding a beach that isn't rocks and packed with people. This beach was beautiful and allowed to walk across it with the cool wind.

Essaourira is called the windy city, and they are not kidding. The beach is nice and clean, and I would recommend a walk along the beach front. If you are in to kite-surfing or and wind-surfing this could be the place for you.

The beach is large and well kept. It is a nice, sandy beach with a lot of space and opportunities for beach games, as well as surfing activities. Family friendly.

Yes, you can. Some people just lay out a towel whilst there are also a few sunbeds - not sure if totally 'public' or connected to bars. A lot of people use the beds at Beach & Friends - buy a drink or two and they're happy... More
