Welcome to the Delaware & Ulster Railroad, located in the heart of New York State's legendary Catskill Mountains. The D&U is an excursion train that combines railroad nostalgia with scenic rides. Drove to the rail station for a Sunday morning ride as per their train schedule on-line. However, no one was there, the train was not going anywhere. Unreliable train schedule.

There's never a train running on this railroad. It ended up as a good spot for a picnic though. Got my money back for the tickets, but not worth the effort..
