The building was really pretty. Although it seems like didn't paint up with colours, but I like the natural woody colour that is slightly grey. See the ratio of people with the building.it is really spectacular. The entrance fees only Rm5.Really cheap!!!!!!! Besides, there are also many cages that have birds on the right of museum.

Wonderful place and very the classic architecture. Inside, you can learn about the state's history, people, industries, arts and cultures, etc. Good place to start off your tour around Terengganu.

This is the largest museum in South East Asia. The architecture is impressive. The display in the museum is nothing to shout about but the surrounding grounds is the highlight. Just admiring the building structure and there is also view of Sg Terengganu. There is an outdoor ships, vintage cars and train display. They also have some birds and porcupine... More

I recommend anyone who came to terengganu to pay at least one visit to this museum. It has an outdoor and indorr attraction. I particularly recommend visitors to visit small boats collection in the outdoor section, which stays very true to the locals' lifestyle. Highly recommended.

Probably Malaysia's biggest museum, the state museum is composed of several structures built in the traditional Terengganu architecture. Inside, you can learn about the state's history, people, industries, arts and cultures, etc. Good place to start off your tour around Terengganu.

This is not a museum, should be called gallery for fabrics and paintings... Very poor historical displays, cannot imaging the waste of space, this is a huge building but inside is empty. Very bad narration and poorly run. Skip this if you can and just admire the architecture from outside instead.

There are not much places to visit on Kuala Terangannu other than this Museum and Crystal mosque. Museum was huge and the display was good. Not worth visiting if you are here for short term.

Most exhibitions were in malay and english. They had an interesting part about fabrics from different parts of the area. The part about woodworks was also interesting. Their exhibition about prehistoric time was disappointing.

Acclaimed as the largest of its kind in Malaysia, the Terengganu State Museum houses century old artifacts and artworks of rich and colourful heritage. Located on 27 hectares of land in Bukit Losong, Kuala Terengganu, the complex itself is an impressive architectural feature, based on the ancient Terengganu palace designs and architectures. The complex’s many galleries showcase textiles, historical artifacts,... More
