This place is worth dropping in for a quick look if you happen to be passing by. It was in the same vicinity as our hotel and the riverfront. Some interesting pieces and display but nothing to shout about.

The museuem gives an interesting overview of the development of Chinese culture and influence in Sarawak and Kuching. Particularly enjoyed the interactive section about Chinese music and musical intstruments. The museum provides a cool place to visit for an hour whilst exploring the waterfront.

Although tiny by museum standards, this is a great place to spend a couple of hours. This is where the history of Kuching seems to be explained by the detailed exhibits and information. Well worth a visit by young and old!
