Instagram worthy and love the architecture and the walk with the children. Stroll along the river from the various hotels nearby.

Make sure to wear comfort shoes.. Make sure that your kid not climb the fence. You can walk across the bridge and then return to the other side using the bot. It really make my kids happy.

The esplanade is great. So many things to do and see. Lots of little eateries but because of Ramadan not many open. A band was setting up next to the James Brooke Bistro with seating so you could listen to the jazz.

This is a must go place if u visit Kuching City. I stayed here and I can tell that all the tourist attraction are walking distance. Enjoy music, food, arts here where you can also spot the Sarawak Legislative Assembly Building along the walk.

if the promenade could be longer for a longer stroll? Construction work at the moment meant part of it was closed. However the area does come alive at night with several eateries open,
