We strolled along the waterfront each of the three evenings we were there. Lots of different food on offer and musicians entertaining you whilst you are. Various little stalls to buy things at. A lovely mix of families, friends and couples. Great views at night...More

The place is very nice during the evening because or all the lights which are reflected on the river. There are some snacks and local sellers on a way.

Laid back place, casual atmosphere, lots of locals come here for evening meals and to watch the sunset. Walk over new foot bridge can see Government House and Assembly and old Fort. Take long boat up and down the river. Safe, pretty well lit area.

It is nice and peaceful for strolling in the evening when the sun has set and the cool breeze from the river fresh you up. Many people walked crossing the bridge which was colorful by lighting in the night. That's it.

This place has a relaxing River and new bridge. The bridge is very well done, it looks amazing. Next to it is the governor's residence and parliament building.

Maybe it is a Monday night, hardly any stalls were set up, let alone any lively activities. Unpleasant smell from the river.
