Located 40 mins from Kuching on the new road to Bau, it's a good place to check out. Nothing fancy but it's clean. Entrance ticket is very cheap. Check out cave rocks formation and the occasional bats. Bring your cellphone torch or torchlight.

During our two-week stay in Malaysia, we visited a number of cave system and whilst Wind Caves are a good place to visit, they're not on the same scale as Batu Caves in KL or the various caves in Gunung Mulu National Park.

You immediately enter in up a very steep set of stairs where you need to watch your head. Some areas are pitch dark so you need a flashlight or some other light source. I dont think a cell phone light is bright enough. Also, water...More
