Had a company function there. The place is a marvel by itself. Love the way how they manage to preserve them so well

We had visited for a wedding the year before and during a recent trip to Penang got to do the tour. Amazing history and a very well preserved example of mixed colonial/asian architecture.

We joined the 11am English speaking guide who gave a good insight into this home. Worth the ticket price. Very informative and educational into the past history of this person and his family.

The mansion itself is beautiful and photogenic especially inside. However, they should seriously reconsider the way tour guides conduct the tour. The whole tour was 45 minutes but we stood at the entrance for about 15 minutes listening what the guide said and many people started...More
