Queen St King St and the surrounding area are the noisy bustling heart of Little India. Fascinating area full of colour and the sounds of Bollywood. Best to visit here when you're hungry.

So much food, Indian snacks, great music floods the air while you enjoy looking/shopping at cloth, clothes artifacts. It's wonderful! Real India in the middle of Georgetown.

Be delighted by this interesting street full of different shops and stalls all waiting to tempt you to buy. Where you will find that special gift for the hard one in the family to buy for. I did and I feel good.

I think of Lebuh Queen as a doorway into a the most vibrant quarter of George Town. The music is loud, the streets a riot of colour, and in the air is all the enchantment of the east. It is like being in Mumbai, or New Delhi, or Jaipur, except on a much smaller scale. You can by good samosa,... More

Queen Street is full of lovely colourful shops and the Little India of Penang. Had a lot of fun checking out the shops with their gorgeous sari fabrics and after much bargaining, bought a few pieces of vibrant colourful sari fabrics at excellent prices.

Absolutely loved Georgetown. We luckily arrived when the Heritage Festival was on, so the weekend was full of activities on the closed streets of Little India, plus other locations had their aligned programmes e.g. free short films, open days at the Church And we followed the advice from our hotel staff and enjoyed some amazing food
