Highly recommend the signature spa Banjaran massage. Very worth it! And the price, too.. We were given individual villa spa. I love that it came With in-built... More

Food quality is good and not overly excessively priced. Varieties are there to keep your appetite wanting at anytime of the day. Keep it going...!!

I wanted to visit The Banjaran Hot-springs Spa after hearing so much about it. I was in town so I took the opportunity to check out the spa. The ambiance of this spa resort is truly unique being set in a natural limestone cave with a hot-spring. You could take a steam bath in a cave! You could soak in... More

This could be the place with the best hospitality service in Malaysia. Every staff smiled and greeted us when we were in the community. They were very polite, helpful and courteous. The location is great too and is surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Chose one of the ayuverdic massage and was disappointed. I had expected the traditional massage where hot oil is slowly dripped onto forehead, instead the therapist merely applied lukewarm oil all over my body, with very slight pressure massage. Also, it was supposed to be 75 mins massage, but was informed, it's actually 45 mins massage and 30 mins in... More

A comfortable experience of relaxation. Came here with a group of friends and enjoyed until the last hour of stay. We started with the Fish Doctors, then Hot Springs, and the Steam Cave. After after being fully relaxed, we had a satisfying light lunch. Comfortable relaxation surrounded by mountains and nature.

The best spa I've ever had in Malaysia. The treatment was good, the hospitality was pleasant and most of all the facilities and ambience, superb! Recommended to take Adam's treatment for men for 3hrs starting with head massage, body massage, body scrub and end up with coconut milk bath. Amazing!

We went for the meditation program with the in-house guru at the Crystal Cave. The meditation program was really good, we've gained alot from it and we really appreciate the guru's patience in explaining things to us. The place was beautiful, a tranquil place for a relaxing day out. The staffs were really friendly and helpful too, but lack attentiveness.... More
