I had a wonderful trip at here. The room is nice. The receptionist (Haikal) is so friendly. He explains every step and instructions clearly. It really help those who come here first time (like me) get to the destination (room, breakfast place, theme park) easily. Unfortunately it was a rainy day, so we cannot spent much time in the Hot spring theme park. Just one suggestion, I wish the breakfast have more variety of choice. Overall is good.

the park was great. the petting zoo was filled with variety and animals were in better shape compared to other places i’ve been. the fire show are a stunner! i went during the weekdays so no queues. and i can deal with a 2yo. he enjoyed it so much. back at the hotel, the staffs treatment was excellent. kind, considerate, accommodating and friendly. I had a fall during my stay, they made sure to follow up and let the rest team know a guest had a fall and check in on me. The fall was not in any part of their properties but they took extra care! Preya, alya, jaspreet(i might have gotten her name wrong, shan. and the one responding my booking message as well as the boys handling the traffic. just a marvelous stay under the care of marvelous team

Dear Sunway Lost World of Tambun Team, I recently visited your park and wanted to share my overall positive experience with the exciting rides and attractions. However, I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the food and beverage services. While the rides were fun and interesting, I found the cost of food and drinks to be quite high. Specifically, the Teh Tarik at the Tin Valley costing RM 8.00 was unexpectedly expensive. Additionally, the service for the Teh Tarik was quite slow, taking 45 minutes for them to be served. I understand that pricing may vary, but the combination of high prices and extended wait times for a simple drink can impact the overall enjoyment of the visit

Every penny well spent! A must-do experience! Our first time glamping was unforgettable & counting down the days until our return. 3D2N rasa xpuas ye. Great & comfortable hotel to stay in Tambun. Walking distance to Lost world of Tambun. All staff very friendly especially our Concierge name Jit. So much helpful & nice. Room cleaniness superb. Overall A+ hotel to stay with young & small children.

We held our teambuilding event at Sunway LWOT, utilizing their event hall and some venues within the theme park. I want to extend my gratitude to those who supported us throughout the events, especially: - Nick & Uma, who were flexible and accommodating to most of our requests, even those that came in on short notice. These two individuals deserve special mention as they were the ones I approached the most. :) - Next, Kausliah and Jit were incredibly helpful in ensuring all the rooms and luggage were handle well in good order. - Last but not least, I'd like to thank Arzu (if I remember his name correctly) for staying back late at Masina's Lake Side for one of the Karaoke session. Our group truly enjoyed and greatly appreciated the hospitality provided by your team!

Staying at the hotel opposite of the water park . just a few minutes walking distance . very new facility and room . Firstly have slightly misunderstanding during communicating with the staffs. After that it was solved happily . Shout out to one of the worker Shan and also the front desk staffs for the good service .

Was on an extended family (there were 12 of us) trip to Malaysia. Lost World of Tambun was the second stop. Thumbs up to Amy and Alya who processed our check-in with a smile. The rooms were ok however my wife and I were given a room that was opposite rooms that were undergoing renovation where there was a lot of renovation noises such as knocking and banging. Lost World of Tambun - Please make sure that you do not do this to other guests. Otherwise, the Theme Park and Water Park were great and the staff manning them were really very nice and friendly. Recommended for families who do not want to contend with the crowds at Sunway Lagoon though there are no shopping centres nearby there are a lot of rustic places to visit and makan.

I absolutely love holidaying at Sunway Lost World of Tambun! I recently organized a family day there, and from the paperwork to the pricing and the experience upon arrival, Sunway truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the place itself is simply amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future!
