The visit to Mahsuri's Tomb is a must when in Langkawi. It tells a tale of how Langkawi came to prosper. It is a short drive from the airport and from Kuah. The place seems to be undergoing some form of renovation. All in all, I enjoyed it.

It's alright. Not the most amazing place I have been too. The whole place is about a cursed Malaysian woman. Entry is pretty cheap it's just abit boring.

The price for the tickets was not cheap. The entire so called museum was not impressive, set up was confusing, the flow of the story was not clear. I think I understood the legend better through a quick read on Wikipedia; and that's sad. Your shows starts at 2pm, I was there at 11pm and I have paid equal money... More

It was interactive with old house designs, equipment and traditional malay wear. Good learning sessions both with mini cinema and wall display. i missed the mahsuri show, it would be nice if i can join the show.

This is the tomb of a famous local who died many years ago. It is very far away from Kuah town and Cenang Beach. Entrance fees for locals is RM12. Nothing very much. You can give it a miss if you are not interested in local history

The entry costs you RM12 (for Malaysian), and it is kind of disappointing in which the place needs to improve on staff service delivery, history message delivery, and maintaining the place to bring us back to the time when it happened. The village, house and traditions are being too modernised which you can hardly get to relate the who environment... More

Being a Malaysian, I went to this place with expectation. There is initial effort is done (this place is more than a tomb , but a complex which introduce Malay's house and tradition during that time and there are supposed to be some display of traditional music. sadly the staff there are more interested in their mobile phone. There are... More

There is a story behind mahsuri .she was sentenced to death . When she died she spell a curse that Lanka will will not be able to develop for 7 generations . In the eighth generation mahatir was born and he developed it and made Lanka with a duty free island .
