Definitely recommend taking the drive up, especially if you've rented a scooter. We saw so much wildlife, monkeys, monitor lizards, eagles and hornbills. Plus, once you're up there is a lovely view of the island.

If you find the walk through the woods to strenous, try a scooter or come by car. Its wonderful, there are hornbills, monkeys, and other strange sounding animals. The view is spectacular!

Need your walking shoes, water bottle and camera then experience the walk to the top of the mountain. View the seven wells and take a dive in the fresh waters.
