Loved that it was a small zoo to walk around. They do have all the animals you want to see. Great little aside to start the day.

We visited the JB zoo with my two kids in March 2013. The zoo is not big. But still got quite a few animals to see. The distance of observing the animals is quite close. That is good for kids to enjoy. My younger daughter...More

Went on a whim before leaving JB, and am glad we did. The zoo is deceptively bigger than I thought. My favorite was the tigers. The elephants were out for refresher training in pahang (i kid you not), but there was still plenty to see....More

This is a very little zoo with a handful of animals. The entrance cost is less than $1 and so you should not expect too much. It is a fun place to spend a morning with small kids. We didn't find the food to be...More
