Thomas Town and Sanrio Hello Kitty Town at Puteri Harbour closed on 31 Dec 2019. We went there a few days before it closed and it was perfect as the queues were shorter and we had a lot of time to take the rides. Thomas Town occupied the top floor and that was where all the cool rides were. My dad enjoyed the bump cars and my son enjoyed the train rides. Would have loved to come back if it was still open. Puteri Harbour is quite a private area and if Thomas Town had been built on another location, it would have attracted more tourists to go since there would be more options for other attractions.

the activity so best, really enjoy it ! The best playground in JB and the price very suitable ^ . Parents also enjo the activity and take many picture because at there have a beautiful environment. The kids spent more than 1 hours at thomas town eyyy they loved it so much

There are various rides like bumper car, Thomas train ride on level 3. Rm 85 entrance gets you too level 2 and 3. (Regardless of age). Level 1 is hello kitty town which is another rm 85, or rm 125 for all. The adults enjoyed the bumper car too and the kids loved the giant playground on level 3. All in all a decent place to pass a few hours while in the area but i don't consider it a destination worth to make a special trip to puteri harbour unless you have children who are hard-core fans.

the kids loved visiting Thomas town but less than 1 hour the kids were through Thomas town plus the security guard refused to allow my kids on some of the rides including thomas the tank engine this upset my 3 yr old son who is a big fan of Thomas the tank engine

A lots of enjoyable rides and playland unlimited to be enjoyed but so need to really consider on the time planning if u plan to enter both hello kitty and Thomas Town
The are guideline as below 90cm can’t enter certain ride for safety purposed. Both kids and parents can join in the rides.
