One of the holiest sites not just in Lebanon but the whole world. Overlooking the world, St Charbel continues to heal sick & ill people in Lebanon & throughout the faithful world. This is a must visit & never to be missed. Come & enjoy the quite & peaceful nature of Lebanon. Absolutely sublime in everyway. Highly recommended.

This is a place to visit in the touring around byblos. A spiritual retreat from the noise of the city and a moment to talk with Saint Charbel the generous saint of Lebanon who reached all the continents with his miracoulous healings.

Saint Charbel is most important Saint for Christian Lebanese. Located in the mountain, this place makes you feel closer to heaven. Either Christian or not, you will definitely feel peaceful!

Visited this tomb with the extended family and found it to be a very peaceful place to be. A very holy place for Maronite Catholics it is also interesting from a historical point of view. Can get crowded and parking can be tight but it is well worth the effort.

This was my second visit to the site, and this brought back lovely memories from 28 years ago. Great feeling of satisfaction and contentment walking around this wonderful place.

The monetary is centered in the mountains of Anaya where St. Charbel lived most of his adult life. It offers a glimmer at the coffin of the Saint and relics of the healed people's walking sticks and handicap tools. Visitors can find a wide selection of gifts and souvenirs from the gift shop. I recommend driving up just before sundown... More

Going here gives a humbling experience, even to non Christians. There is a chapel where you can pray without a priest, and then once finished you go around the monastery discovering Saint Charbel's life and miracles.
